Beach House

Completed in 2011 this mixed use development wraps around the iconic Bondi Hotel on Campbell Parade.  The 2 storey basement was excavated through sand utilizing both contiguous and screw piles to support a top down construction method.

Excavation support slabs were utilized for materials handling by the builders Ganellen.

The 4 suspended residential levels and commercial arcade  are constructed from a conventionally reinforced concrete frame.
